Youth determined to be role models in service rendering

The Ministry of youth, Information and Communications Technology (MYICT) is determined to work with young Rwandans in creating conducive environment for skills development and projects promoting economic growth.

Emmanuel Habumuremyi, advisor to the Minister of youth and ICT said the youth who have engaged in the National youth service in Nyamagabe district should be role models of good change and development.

Habumuremyi said this on December 14th 2013 during the event to close the second phase of national youth service in Nyamagabe district.

“Residents await your knowledge to solve different problems, strive to achieve the purpose.” He said

The mayor of Nyamagabe district, Philbert Mugisha said the youth’s performance contracts was remarkable but reminded them that implementing their ideas is what matters.

It is planned that the second semester of national youth service will commence on January 6th 2014 to send youth in field and put practice what they learnt.
